A Northern Utah resident for 13 of the last 15 years, Brendan has lived and worked in numerous communities in the area while currently residing in Park City, giving him well-rounded, first-hand knowledge of a variety of neighborhoods. After moving to Utah from Rochester, New York in 2008 to pursue a professional skiing career, Brendan moved away briefly to Bend, Oregon in 2017, where he began his real estate career. After two years residing and selling real estate in Central Oregon, the draw of the Wasatch mountains that first pulled Brendan towards the West was too great to resist, and he returned to Utah to set down roots with his wife Anelise and their adopted dog Oso.
Upon returning to Utah in the Fall of 2019, Brendan joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and partnered with Christine Grenney, one of Summit Sotheby’s and Park City’s top agents. Using his previous career experience in customer service and professional ski coaching, Brendan has created a successful career in real estate, where he prides himself on an exceptionally strong work ethic that consistently results in exceeding client expectations. From seeking out fresh turns in the Greatest Snow on Earth, to angling for wild trout in nearby mountain streams, or riding mountain bikes among the Aspen groves, Brendan loves to share his passion for all of Utah’s outdoor recreation and is skilled at helping clients find a home that suits their specific recreational needs. As a former competitive freeski athlete and professional ski coach, Brendan is intimately aware of the subtle differences and unique personalities that each of Utah’s ski resorts offer.
